The AUTOMAX 5 automatic compression testers represent the more sophisticated and advanced evolution of the usual compression testers. The AUTOMAX 5 features the complete automatic test cycle with closed loop digital feedback. Once the specimen parameters have been introduced, it is sufficient to press the START button to complete the test.
These machines can be fitted with block testing platens and with a distribution block for connection of a second frame and a third.

SAFETY FEATURES
The AUTOMAX 5 series machines are fitted with:

Max. pressure valve to avoid machine overloading
Ram travel switch which prevents the excessive piston travel
Front and rear transparent fragment guard
Optional: front fragment guard with door locking switch to cut off mains when the door is open. See accessories.

LOAD RATE AUTOMATIC CONTROL AND CERTIFICATION
The system applies automatically the correct load rate conforming to the information introduced by the control panel. The load rate value is continuously monitored and can be printed in the test report when connected to PC to certify the correct load rate application.

Used for real time acquisition and management of test data, this software is fully compatible with most Controls made digital load measuring systems as, for example, Digimax 3, Automax 5 and Sercomp 7.

General description
This software provides the data acquisition in real time throughout the tests execution andlor after the specimen failure. The advanced functions for data base management provide an easy navigation of all saved data.
The test results certificate includes all descriptive information, tests results and stress vs. time diagram. The test execution conforming to Standards can therefore be proved.

NOTE
The Automax 5, can be connected to HP ink jet A4 printers, economical and easily available worldwide.
